Rage stops when unconscious?

Thanks, I thought that was the way it should be, but didn't know how to back it up.

Do you know where the ruling is, so that I can point it out to my friends who disagree?

It's in the FAQ.

Also ask them to show you where it states that you stop raging when unconcious.

I swear that there are more problems caused in this game by people making pointless "the book doesn't say you don't" arguments than every typo or bad rule put together.

On the same note - my DM has, for some obscure reason, decided that "grenade like weapons" do not count as weapons for the purposes of bonuses to weapon damage (like a bard's song, sneak attack, weapon specialisation etc). Anyone got a WoTC published rule or example to the contrary? I've found the rulings about weapon-like spells (which says that for spells he's partially correct - sneak attack applies, but the rest don't), but nothing on grenade-like weapons.

I can tell you what my ruling is about unconcious raging barbarians, FAQ or not. And looking through the Main 3.5 official FAQ it does not have any answer.

No. You are unconcious, you are not raging. So your stat bonuses all go away. If the drop in Con takes you below -10 H.P. then good night sweet prince. And saying 'it doesn't say so', is just plain foolish.

*EDIT* It isn't in the main 3.0 FAQ either.

And making up new rules just to kill your players is pretty crappy. But, hey if that's the way you want to play your game...
