Raging & Spellcasting

So I've been mulling over the idea of a Barbarian and sorcerer multi-class. What I am trying to figure out is if raging breaks concentration. I cannot find anything that says it does. In my personal opinion it just might, but then how does a concentration save come into play?

It says it right in the rage ability description. Cant cast spells or concentrate while raging.
