I posted a thread several weeks ago which presented some tables for random generation of lifestyle and background. They were converted from the Secondary Skills table from page 12 of the 1E DMG along with the social class tables from Unearthed Arcana (1985). I wasn’t satisfied with the result, so I rethought my methodology and have made an entirely new iteration without use of the UA content. This is entirely based on the DMG table. What follows are some custom backgrounds that fill out the dual-skilled part of the original table.
