Ranger and Beastmaster

Is it possible to order your companion (raptor) to fly upwards, as a move action, to avoid an enemy, or the enemy is always able to reach if the raptor is above him?

If the ranger has the Quick Draw feat, can he draw two weapons at the same time as free action?
For example, let's say he holds the bow and as a minor action he places it in his backpack. Then he draws a longsword with his right hand, a Parrying dagger with his left and attacks.

If you have an enemy grabbed with your free hand, can you make attacks with the other hand?

1) I don't see why not. The opponent would still be able to use a ranged weapon on the raptor though.

2) The Quick Draw feat states that you draw the weapon in the same action that you use to attack, so that sounds reasonable.

3) Not a clue about that one. I don't know if mechanics exist to handle that.
