Two-wepaon fighting is very common in my campaigns -- heavy on the swashbuckling and kung fu, so as such, one of the unique touches to my 1800s setting was the introduction of a new skill, Duel, a class skill for every class that isn't a nine-level spellcaster. The execution works much the same way as Iajutsu Focus, replacing the initative check in a formal duel and granting a damage bonus to the duelist who hits based on the check. I've been able to synergize this skill quite well with dueling rules for parry/thrust/riposte, off-hand parrying with a dagger, and my personal favorite, feats that grant bonuses for taunts and comebacks.
