I added a modified version of "Cat's Grace" that's much more specific. I was thinking of making the Stealth more specific, but I'm not sure how.

The only thing that's still bothering me is that if a Rakasta has two war claws, they'll suck horribly at using them because of the two-weapon penalties. Any ideas that don't require natural attacks? Maybe have an alternate Racial ability for it?

Thanks in advance for the input!

So really, the easiest way is to give them natural claw attacks at 1d3 each, and then have them use the war claws...?

Personally, I think their "natural claw" attack should work pretty much like most character's fist/unarmed strike attack except it deals slashing damage instead of bludgeoning. Then you can offer racial feats or substitution abilities that allow them to improve on it (for example, rakasta that take monk levels).

Is there something better for a 1st level Rakasta warrior to spend his feat on? Seriously, they are a monster race, they've never been done in 3e/Pathfinder, it's fine if PCs don't map perfectly to the archetype. It makes a lot of sense for a rakasta rogue or fighter to take TWF, but if they don't, it's not a big deal, nor is it a big deal for a rakasta cleric to only attack with one claw per round.

Actually that's very true. So looking at the final(?) version, does it look pretty balanced with the core races?

Thanks

Having the war claws be 16/19-20 and allow you to cast seems a little strong for a free proficiency. And actually, if you can't wield a weapon, should you be able to cast with that hand?

Two quibbles. Cat's Grace is already the name of a spell. I would call it something else. Also, if you mean rakasta are not very social, the world you are looking for is "unsocial;" antisocial means criminal or maladjusted.

In terms of balance, I think they are about right. I'd say they are missing one minor ability, though. Perhaps add back being able to inflict lethal with an unarmed strike without a -4 penalty?

I took the wording in regards to casting from the brass knuckles. I gave them the higher crit range (maybe I should just make it 19-20/x2) to justify it being an exotic weapon.

The wording can be fixed. The original version I had called the ability "Land on your Feet".
