 Who's been blabbing???

Seriously, though, we are already doing this :) It's due out shortly, and is going to run to about 130 pages. It will include stuff not found on the site, too. And it is all free!

The file is on it's way. Let me know what you think.

(:p Like I'm going to snitch on my trusty mole in the company.:))

Thanks, I'll look for it in my 'mail'.

That's odd...from my perspective, it's actually Apple's doing. ;)

Seriously though, I agree that having a PDF or RTF option, in addition to the Word option, would be the best way to go. I wouldn't cut out Word entirely though.

(Did you know people have written programs just for cleaning up Microsoft RTF?)
Speaking of cleaning up RTF, does any of the computer-savvy people here know of a program to convert Mac-RTF to Windows-RTF? The Savage Coast files on the WOTC website use another high-ASCII scheme than Windows (I'm assuming it's because they were written on a Mac), which is annoying because the setting has lots of names with weird accents (Torreón, Rénardy, and so on).

Hm. I wouldn't say that. Currently my version of Mac OS has a built in print-to-PDF option, which means I can output any document I wish as a .pdf and allow it to be readable by anyone with access to Acrobat Reader (which is pretty much everybody). In addition my version of Appleworks allows me to save a document as MS word if need be.

Personally I find .pdf to be the way to go. The software to read them is free, and they are completely WYSIWYG.
