Readied Actions and Initiative Orders?

I have two characters with the same initiative but different DEX.

PC (A) has a DEX of 18 and PC (B) has DEX of 10 but has improved initiative.

Both characters decide to ready an action to cast a standard action spell IF they see the enemy charge/move to an opened door.

Who goes first, second, last?

Is it the enemy who has to move to the door to be able to be seen, then A, then B?

OR is it something different?

Then what is the initative order for the next round?

Thanks

Readying an action allows you to interrupt anybody who triggers the readied action. So both A and B will go before the enemy.

The order as between A and B is less clear to me.

The enemy first, up til the point where he is visible, then A (highest Dex), then B, then the enemy completes his turn.

The next round those who readied their actions act before those who triggered it, highest dex first.
Thus; First A, then B, and last the enemy.

And, in case there are more individuals involved, A, B and the enemy all go on the same initiative count as the enemy had on the previous round.
