Really random - name of old Showtime(?) movie about adult woman w/imaginary friend

This has been nagging me all day. There was some movie I saw on Showtime, like, 10 years ago or more, which was about a woman who had grown up but still had an imaginary friend. I seem to recall the imaginary friend's name was Bob, though I could be wrong. The one scene I recall (and who knows what this says about me) is when the woman is at a party, and her friend is scooting around on the floor, lying face up, looking up women's skirts.

When I was younger I thought that was hilarious.

Does anyone else remember this thing?

Sounds like it might have been Drop Dead Fred. I've never really watched though.

Hey I like Drop Dead Fred - Phoebe Cates and Rik Mayall were fun the first time

and even the second time (although admittedly not as good)

My ideal version of Drop Dead Fred would have starred Jim Carrey. Of course, like most most comedies starring Jim Carrey, I would have only watched it once since I think his comedic style is annoying.
