Recommend A Virtual Tabletop (VTT)

I'm looking for something free, with a dice roller, pc sheets, and init tracker that everyone can see. A bonus would be the ability to upload maps but not necessary. Something with a minimal learning curve, as in relatively pug and play for the players. Any suggestions?
