Your FLGS is able to sell it to you, the consumer, on November 21, 2003. That's the scheduled street date. If you need confirmation, then call your local retailer and have them ask their distributor.

Oooo...do I want it as airplane reading on the way home, or on the way back? Wait, that assumes Comic Quest in Evansville, IN is still around. I suppose I should check... (Edit: Yee-ha, their website's active! Crap, now I have to think about it...)
