Reloading crossbows

The new hand crossbow feats from Drow of the Underdark make using them much more attractive. A character with two feats can fire in melee without provoking an attack of opportunity and reload as a free action.

I want two things more to make a dapper swashbuckler with a rapier in one hand and a hand crossbow in the other. He should be able to reload without provoking attacks of opportunity, and be able to do it with only one hand. Is there a magic item or feat for this?

From the MIC, Quick Loading- +1 enchantment bonus that creats an extradimensional space in a crossbow. This space can hold up to 100 bolts of any type. If placed on a hand or light crossbow, reload time is a free action. This enchantment is on page 41, the bottom right hand corner of the page.
