You might want to start by removing the phrase "True20" from everything, as it is a registered trademark and not OGC.

I mean, there is a reason WotC calls it the SRD and the Modern SRD, not the D&D SRD and the d20 Modern SRD....

Take a look through my signature for the links. I was told it was legal to share this stuff. I made it up for myself and group, but it is so damn useful figured I should share it. A few things have been changed to represent what I use for my house system. I focused mainly on Mecha and Modern material, as that is the current campaign I have been running. Not all of the material has been converted completely to the Mutants and Masterminds mechanics, and there are a quite a few grammatical/formating errors, but for the most part it done, even though I have been constantly adding material to it. Also, check out the Character Sheet I made for it.

It certainly is not perfect, and a little cumbersome, but has worked great for a mix of all things d20.

It has been stated on their own boards that Green Ronin has no intention of releasing an SRD for Mutants and Masterminds. I'm sure they'll be telling you not to distribute one soon.

According to True 20's title page, all of Chapters 1-8 is Open Content except "character and place names and descriptions, [...] artwork and images." So it's legal for the OP to post that material as long as he's credited it to the requisite authors and otherwise followed the license in the back of the book.

Thing about True20 is that according to the website you have to apply for a licence to use the trademark name of True20 in a product. Otherwise, I believe the correct name of the True20 system for SRD use is True Roleplaying NOT True 20 (But do not quote me on this). Also, he used the name BESM D20 instead of Anime D20 for the SRD.

So remove the trade dress/product info, rather than taking down the whole site. Thadrine would still need to cite the True20 main book in his license info. I'm just saying it's not illegal to post 99% of what he wrote.

Thats a bit of a slippery slope. Even though its OGL is "free" for the d20 license, the True20 license and M&M Superlink license requires him to ask for permission/purchase the rights to use the license for distribution purposes. Thats where the legality issue lies since I'm willing to bet he did neither.

Licensing True20 <-- Pay attention to the note under item number two. In essence, a SRD file of True20 would violate that clause.
