Does anyone know any movies, anime, video game, comics or novel set in the future where the fashion, vehicles and architecture is done style of the 1930's to 1950's? Like flying cars looking like a 40's car.

X-Com: Apocalypse did, for the vehicles, at least...
The same could probably be said for the taxi cab in Fifth Element.
Well Metropolis was set in the future but is definitely Art Deco. They recently found the footage from it that had been missing for the past 70 years or so. So it should be showing up in a DVD/Blu-Ray release in the not too distant future.
The Flash (live action) TV show had cars that were either from the 40's or the 80s (it was done in the mid-late eighties).
Dark City was sort of far future, but very 20s-30s.
UFO the TV series from the early 70's was set in the far off future of 1980! But had a very '60s ascetic.
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, might fit. It is very 30s-40s, but does have a lot of much higher "tech" stuff floating around.
Tough combination to find though.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, if you like a flying car (also floats and rides on water).
Flash Gordon franchise from the serial films of the 1930's to 1980's remake with Queen composing and performing the main movie theme.
Gilligan's Island but it's more like coconut superscience.

That's hardly sci-fi set in the future!
Well... maybe in 1960s it was "futuristic."
Well, it's a magic car, and it's set before the 60s. So that makes it neither "sci-fi" or "futuristic". Even at the time, it was a magical-fantasy period piece!
May as well call Mary Poppins sci-fi futuristic!

Hey, it's a car earlier than 1940, and it flew.That's hardly sci-fi set in the future!
It's no more ridiculous than the OLD ORIGINAL version of Disney's Absent-Minded Professor.
