My son went to see it last week and said the theater was SRO for a matinee. I was rather impressed. I saw it a second time at the end of January, and there were 25 people in the theater for a 3PM Tuesday show. Seems to be going along pretty strong.

Do the Titanic numbers include DVD or Video sales as well? If so, then I reckon RotK will easily bypass it once the Extended Editions emerge.

I remember when rumors of it being made, thinking that it was too epic for the big screen and how it would be ruined by the system called Hollywood. How wrong I was.
