Now standing beta 0.4

Features installed this go around. Memberlists of all members now show the reviews that person has done in paginated form. Also, the navbar now functions correctly. Next up, the admin panel - but first I gotta fix the downloads area

Started work on the admin section. Though most users will never see this section, it will be critical to the health and accuracy of the data in the database as it will allow admins to correct errors that have already crept in (like some products without publishers).

Funny. My first thought when I saw Reviews tallied under Posts was how long it would take for a "Countin' Review Count" thread to start in the OT. But I guess it wouldn't be as much fun taking pokes at JoeGKushner as it is Crothian.
