Revised creation feats

This is a varient on Monte Cooks system
which
1. lowers req on continous items,
2. makes personalized items more common and sought after
3. increases need for base of operations -

Magic Item feats
Craft Scroll – caster level 1+, Int 11+
Craft Potion – caster level 3+, Craft alchemy 3 ranks
Signature Itemcharacter level 3+ From BoED. (anchestral weaopn)
Craft Charged Item: caster level 5+, Spellcraft 5 ranks
Wand – no level limit.
Device –casts a single spell 1/per day useable by anyone. Base price: 400 x spl x cl. (as per DMG) 2/day = 800, 3/day = 1600
Craft Constant Item: caster level 9+, Knowledge (arcane/religion/nature) 9 ranks also requires a magical laboratory to create. Cost to research new item + 10%
Can create most wondrous items, rings and rods
Craft Magic Arms & Armor: Caster level 5+, Craft Armor or Craft weapon 5+ ranks
Bracers of Armor are made as either armor or as constant items.

Creating a Staff requires Craft Signature Item, and either Craft Charged Item or Craft Constant Item & caster level 12 +. A caster may have only one staff at a time. If a staff is depleted or broken another may be created.

Effects on world:
The number of low power wondrous items is greatly reduced. Most crafters concentrate on one or 2 types due to skill and resource requirements. Laboratories can be rented at 25 gp. per day varied by area. Magical devices and wands are more common. Signature items can be used by others, and are common among high level characters of all sorts. At higher levels magic becomes more common, but items commissioned always have the + 10% extra cost.

5= 4,500... 11= 33,000... 17= 170,000
6= 6,500... 12= 44,000... 18= 220,000
7= 9,500... 13= 55,000... 19= 290,000
8= 13,500... 14= 75,000... 20= 380,000

are 1/day items useful or appreciated?
the BoED feat is rarely mentioned on this board, Is that due to assumptions you can buy anything you want?
should sig. item have a price reduction for multiple abiltites or have the possiblity of being changed ?
I was thinking that you could rework the item dropping some powers and then paying the difference between its lowest value and the cost of the new abilities
