I think there is new prestige classes as well.

Oh no, some new prestige classes!

Compared to the tons of PrC out, that's nothing. Even the extra bit of campaign info won't be enough to justify buying a new 30$/40€ book IMO.

Let's look at the contents of the DMG. The only thing they changed are the magic item pricing and the layout. Will this book even be worth buying if you have the old DMG ??

What will be in the new version has been covered to death elsewhere. Shouldn't we keep this on topic, and just about the cover..

As for the art: Once I realized that it was a globe in the middle, I liked it alot more. It's spiffy.

I like both of the new covers compared to the old ones, but I agree that this one is better than the PH.

Can't wait to see the Monster Manual.
