Rhino hide and critical hit

Let's say that a character is wearing rhino hide and using a greataxe (x3 on critical). On a charge, he scores a critical hit. Is the damage x4 or x6 or neither?

Well, the description for the armor simply states that the damage on a charge is doubled, but I personally would rule that if a critical hit is scored, then I would just add +1 to the crit multiplier, making your example ×4. This would fit in with pretty much everything else in the game that supposedly doubles or triples things.

Edit: oops, I said +4 when I meant ×4

Well, keeping in mind the D&D multiplier rules, you get:

1 +(2-1) + (3-1) for a grand total of x4 damage.

Of course, you don't multiply your damage by four, you roll it four times.

Ya, multipliers just add together, they don't multiply.

We don't roll for each multiple, it goes faster to roll once and multiple and keeps things moving that much faster.
