Definitely. That's what the feat is for.

Hi!

What about a dwarven fighter [normal class built] with Exotic Weapon Proficiency Warmace [CW, p. 154], Monkey Grip, Two-Weapon Fighting, Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting and one Large Warmace [3d6] plus one medium Warmace [1d12] in the off hand?

Don't Warmaces have special wording regarding their ability to be used in one hand?

Yes: That it is too heavy for one-handed use without Exotic Weapon Proficiency, like the Bastard Sword etc. You incur a penalty of -1 to your AC wielding a warmace, whether with or without appropriate feat.

Kind regards

Heavy? Is that gold/platinum weapons? Where is that from? I only own the 3.0 Magic of Faerûn.

Yes, those are from Magic of Faerun. According to Players Guide to Faerun, there is no change in them from 3.0e to 3.5e.

That would work, I think This fighter would take -5 on his main hand attack (-2 for TWF, -2 for Monkey Grip and -1 for the warmace) and -3 of his off-hand attack (-2 for TWF and -1 for the warmace).

The warmace gives the wielder a -1 penalty to AC, not attack. Otherwise, you are correct.

Main: -4 (-2 TWF, -2 Monkey Grip)

Off-Hand: -2 (TWF)

AC: -2 (penalties stack)
