Righteous Smite

Is there a reason Righteous Smite( Paladin 3 ) is a healing keyword power when no other temporary hit point power I could find was healing? I suspect it is not actually meant to have the healing keyword, or else all other temporary hit point powers are healing powers ( I would figure the former) for the sake of consistency.

The power is similar to Invigorating Strike in a lot of respects--probably the Healing keyword is a copy/paste error.
