Ring or Bracers of Divine Power or Tensers Transformation

Normally, only staves and such get to borrow the user's caster level.
This bears repeating.

You are unlikely to find an item that changes it's own CL with your character level.

Sounds fine except that last adventure I toasted the only cleric in the party with an overchannelled maximum energy blast ( I forgot it was not the radius of a fire ball - ooops). As he is the cohort of the Wizard and had just cast Shield other on her, he couldn't take the damage from a failed roll as well as half damage from the shield other in one go.

So lets say after I raised him he is not in the mood to assist me.
Way to go buddy, who needs clerks-jerks.

Which takes me back to my original point made in the introduction of this thread. Can such an item be made? Should such a spell only be found in a staves? Or would I have to get such an item made each level I progress?

As Police said in their classic No 1 'Don't stand so close to me'. It toasted most of the opposition, so no real lost, apart from our other Wizard (again no real lose there either). Accidents happen, especially when you're chaotic.

This does not matter. DP and TT use your character level, not your caster level, when setting your new BAB.

Oh, hey. Disco!

Combined with epic attack bonuses, this could get really ugly.

Check.

That.

Out.

....yowza!

Yeat Another Reason not to allow "Range: Personal" spells to be made into magic items.

There's a weapon enhancement, I believe it's in Complete Arcane, but I'm not sure, an dI forget the name. It's a +2 bonus, and anyone wielding the weapon is considered proficient. More importantly, however, anyone attacking with the weapon does so with a 3/4 BAB (like the Cleric), instead of their own. It's not Divine Power, but it'll give you a nice boost to your attack bonus, allow three attacks later on, rather than two, and it's not likely to cause a massive migraine in your DM when you ask to use it.

Okay, 30th level wizard casts Tenser's. His BAB is now 30, and his epic attack bonus is +5, for a total of +35.... ten points higher than a straight up 30th level fighter. Interesting.

Which means that if I go back to my original example,

'So get say a 13th level level cleric to make the item

13th level X 4 th level spell = 52 X 1800gp for command word = 93600gp

Then get 2 uses a day for 13 rounds which will mean the cost is 93600gp x 0.4 charges per day = 37400 gp. That means that when I get to 25th level, then I fight as a 25th level figher for 2 sets of 13 rounds.

If I wish for segmented rounds it might cost a bit more'.

Which means I can fight in two fights at my level, getting all the attacks for that level for just 40,000gp.

I like this item already.
