When you and your party have acquired a castle, hideout, or other base of operations, you can set up Ritual Facilities to aid in performing rituals.
Once placed, a facility cannot be moved.

Workshop
Facility
+1 Area 5, Cost: 400 GP
+2 Area 10, Cost: 800 GP
+3 Area 15, Cost: 1600 GP
+4 Area 20, Cost: 3200 GP
Time and material costs for creation rituals are cut in half when performed within this facility.
For each plus, you get a +5 to arcana or religion checks when performing a creation ritual in this facility.

Infirmary

The idea itself is splendid but the math needs some work. 2400 gold for an "item" that gives +20 to some skill checks?
Also, what's the point of the plus?
 

I would drop the '+5 per plus' from the facilities, giving a straight '+X' for each level. Then make them line up with magic item levels.

Creatures within the facility get a +4 item bonus to bluff and arcana checks.
 

Nice idea. Remind me of a Sanctum, from Mage: the Ascension.

I think you should also require a monetary cost to mantain the place (cleaning up, stocking materials, etc) and/or a healing surge cost for a year and a day (see the create teleportation circle ritual) to keep the magic going.
