Robin Hood 1x12 "The Return of the King"

The news of King Richard's return to England reaches Robin and the gang - and it means one thing; Marian's marriage to Gisborne has been brought one step closer. As Marian attempts to steal Gisborne's money and distribute it to the villagers, Robin tries to find out more about Gisborne's crimes. But then tragedy strikes for the Nightwatchman at Locksley Manor...

I have to admit I am genuinely stunned by the ending to this episode. The whole episode was gripping, but that cliffhanger ending had my jaw on the floor. Can't wait for next Saturday now!

I'm assuming then that 1x13 is the end of Series 1 for Robin Hood?

Sadly, yes.

Oh, and I enjoyed the episode a great deal. It will be hard, having to wait to see what happens next.
