A greater invisible rogue attacked my 18th-level dwarven defender. He hit on like 3 of his 6 attacks and did gobs of damage (150+), but not enough to kill the dwarf. The dwarf had blind-fighting and turned around and killed the rogue in a single hit (a heck of a crit with a warhammer). The lesson here is be sure to kill whatever it is you are fighting, or your likely low hit points are going to doom you.

What, no uncanny dodge? Or did the rogue have some other trick that allowed him to get off those sneak attacks?

Since you have the Dodge chain, Elusive Target from CW is pretty nice, although it's definately more defensive. Keeps your Dodge target from Power Attacking you, and if you're flanked you can make your Dodge target attack the other enemy flanking you.

Demiurge out.

Mabye I sholud consider Quick Draw...

Would that beat out Deft strike?

Um... Kind of a silly question, but if you're a sneak-attacking rogue, why don't you have TWF? Getting extra attacks each round really multiplies the SA damage.

Usually I use the other hand for holding Items I might need to use during combat. It is especially helpful during ambushes. (from either side.)

Darkstalker lets you foil blindsense, tremorsense, and basically any other "I'm a monster so you can't hide from me" power using the best of your move silent and hide rolls.

Otherwise, being a hiding, sneaking rogue will suck an awful lot of the time.

Per character level? So a Rog1/Ftr9, for example, would get +10 dmg per sneak attack?

Gee that sounds almost practiced spellcasterish for rogues, except better because straight rogues can take it too.

Also, IIRC, it lets you sneak attack creatures with otherwise too-bizarre anatomies. Like, say, beholders. It's a real nice feat in general.

I'm not a big fan of Craven, though; you have to accept you're going to fail any [Fear] save you have to make, which means you drop your shiny Short Sword of Kidney Removal +22. It seems like more of an NPC feat, given that PCs almost never subject NPCs to [Fear] saves.

Elusive Target is quite nice if you're fighting things that power attack frequently, like, say, giants or NPC fighter-types of near your level. If you're not fighting those terribly often, it's probably a waste.

The "paper tiger" syndrome. You do more damage, but so does the other guy, since he can unleash a full attack on your light armored ass. Rogues tend to lose this one. But Staggering Strike might help win that particular arms race.
