Round One is OVER

I'll just put in a vote for endurance. Even though its better in 3.5, the situations you would get bonuses from seem to be far to rare in a normal campaign, and for some spells can easily let you avoid making those checks in the first place. While being able to sleep in medium armor might be nice, Endurance just seems to weak compared to many other feats.

Throwing one more vote out there for Toughness.

I'm OK with the idea of adding more Hit Points with a Feat, but wouldn't it make more sense to equal a Hit Die worth of HP, or at least half a HD? Of course for Wizards and Sorcerers, half would be less than Toughness currently gives. Or what about 1 extra HP per level? That's almost like +2 to Con without any bonuses to Fort saves or Concentration checks.

I'll pick Dodge as the worst feat after all the +2/+2 skill feats. Mostly because it's so dang easy to forget you have it or to forget to move it to another opponent when you know the current opponent it applies to will be a bloody smear thanks to the tank before you go again.

Far shot

No archer ever takes this = wastage.
Far Shot is awesome.

DM: An arrow strikes the wizard. You take 8 points of damage.
P1: An arrow? From where?
DM: Make a Spot check
P1-4: 20, 16, 27, 18
DM: You don't know. Roll Initiative. (Counts down, people hold/delay actions, wizard cast shield) An arrow just misses the thief. Spot checks if you want 'em.
P1-4: 12, 31, 23, 19
DM: P2, you see a shadow move on the hilltop about 200 yards away.

200 yards is 600 feet or 5 range increments away for a long composite bow. The archer with Far Shot is only -5 on that shot instead of the usual -10. Of course as the party approach on foot. (5 rounds running with no Dex bonus to AC) Either the archer's friends start peppering the party too or the archer gets out of there and finds a new hiding place. You could waste a session with the party hunting a single sharpshooter in a sparse woods.

The official Toughness. My house-ruled version rocks, of course, but the RAW Toughness is just lame, the only reason to take it ever is to become a Dwarven Defender.

Toughness

It's just not tough enough to bother.

I've had a couple of archers take it.
Combine it with a distance bow for maximum effect.

Now add in six levels of Horizon Walker, and take the DDoor ability. You now have one very pesky sniper. Outdoors anyway.

Dodge - You Are Outta Here

I pick Dodge.

Toughness and Combat Casting are gone anyway so in the interest in moving this along get rid of Dodge too. Oh and If I could pick ALL the +2/+2 skills boot them too.

Toughness

ALTHOUGH I think Endurance rocks and should be kept, minus the toughness prereq.

I must also say that a lot of you seem to be playing a completely different game than I. Combat Reflexes sucks? It's the only way one can get an AoO before your initiative. Perhaps you like when the DM has the monsters run right past your big bad fighter and surround the mage.

Improved Unarmed Strike?? I take it with nearly all of my fighters. Rapid Shot?? Hello?? Far Shot?? I love Far Shot! Endurance?? Play by the RAW and Endurance is nearly a must-have for all fighter types.
