Grand Duchy of Reme by Frog God Games
The Grand Duchy of Reme is a vast realm: a network of well-settled river valleys running through enormous areas of almost-uncharted wilderness. To the west, Reme’s territory extends to the Deepfells Mountains and the forbidden Green Realm of the wild elves. To the east, it reaches to the town of Fareme near the western edge of the Stoneheart Valley. Its northern border is the Wizard’s Wall across the Crynnomar Gap, and to the south, the realm extends to the Whiterush River. The land borders of Reme do not tell the whole story, however, for Reme is also a seafaring nation, one of the most significant in the world. The grand duke has no colonial aspirations, but the nation has been focused on dominating trade on the Crescent Sea for centuries, and Rhemish ships venture throughout the known world from the city’s great port.

Here, everything lives. Not just the dense forests and lush grasslands, teeming with creatures fabulous and humble. Not just the very earth, rocks, seas, and air. But even the clothes, the weapons, the cyphers you find here. It all breaths, grows, consumes, heals, and well, lives.Massive flying creatures drift through the skies. Cities crawl, float, or fly across the landscape. Magnificent towers and superstructures soar upward, some so tall they touch the void itself. And beneath your feet, strange organs and vacuoles permeate the earth, some sending bony ramparts thrusting up through the surface to form great mountainous rages. It’s a land unknown to most in the steadfast, never touched by the influence of the Order of Truth, never ruled by those who know our civilizations. A land of secrets, said to lie beyond the farthest seas… but perhaps its real location is the greatest secret of all.

5th Edition already rolls 2d20 when you have Advantage or Disadvantage, which are common occurrences in every session for most players.
But do you roll different colors of dice to indicate if it's based off skill, attribute, or equipment? And do you cause attribute or equipment damage on a failure? And do you get to roll pools of a half dozen or more dice? And is the game developed around the awesome artwork of a 1980s Scandinavian artist?
If not, you need to Year Ze-roll that D&D game.

IMO, Free League is setting the new standard for RPGs - a cut above everyone else in quality, and that includes Wizards of the Coast. Symbaroum, Forbidden Lands, Coriolis, Tales from the Loop, Mutant: Year Zero, Alien--and a few others--and now Vaesen, which looks like another great game, the art fantastic.
