Archeville -- not realizing Zenji had already made it all the way into the room above -- turns fully to Mr. Jones. "Can you tell me vhere in zhe ceiling to shoot so I don't hurt any innocents? If we can pop up behind zhe baddies, zhat vould be best, ja?"

Mr Jones points towards an area of the ceiling. "Just there." He says.

[Sblock=actions]Supersense to pick a spot on the ceiling away from the three students in beds.[/sblock]

Archeville offered his right hand o Mr. Jones (holding the gun in his left) and used his gravimetric belt to fly a foot or so up, both to get into position and to make sure the belt still worked and worked well enough to carry both the super-scientist and his passenger. "Be ready to attack, Herr Jones."

Archeville then blasts where indicated, trying to gauge it so the beam of energy would blast a hole in the ceiling and floor above but not lance all the way through the remaining upper floors, and flew up into the room with his teammate.

Mr Jones avoids the super scientists grip and takes to the air under his own power.

The Juggler sighs. "I had no idea I was going to be the stable one in this group."

"What the hell are you-!" the scientist shouts as his headset is plucked off his ear. The floor between the Resolute and the man gives way as Archeville's blast destroys it and the Super Scientist and the Magician fly into the room.

Didn't realize Mr. Jones could fly. Post edited.

'Stable'? The mere fact Juggler's still with us, fighting crime in a garish costume, means he can't be stable Though, just because Zenji is impatient & impetuous doesn't mean his player needs be so quick to post....

Zenji jumps, startled, as the floor explodes beneath him. "Huh. That's what I call an entrance!" The Arcane Antiquarian regards the scientist again. "Now surrender or feel the full force of the Resolutes, ne'er-do-well!"

 

[Raylis]

The scientists by the beds rais their arms up in surrender, but the man with the syringe makes no such movement, "Ne'er-do-well?, the Resolutes? Do you people even know what is going on? We're on the brink of the greatest scientific discovery known to man! We're close to discovering the X factor that determines Super-Human capabilities!

Juggler hears a door open and the heavy sound of foot steps. Comming into sight are two guards with a young man between them.
