RS1-Stolen University (Salix Judging)

The blast his the Centurion square on, but if it had any affect on the giant wooden man it is not visible. "Then so be it. Give them no quarter, Octavious. the minister's voice rings out as Octavious raises his sword and steps forward...

OOC: These past several posts have by far been the most entertaining RP experience I can recall having in some time... if ever!

Initiative roll (1d20+1 = 21)

OOC: A promising roll! Though, for what I was hinking of doing next, it'd actually be more dramatically appropriate if Archeville went later... ah, well.

[sblock=ooc]Sorry, I forgot to put a note on this roll, but it's my initiative check.

1d20+2=12

It has been lots of fun! It actually makes me kind of sad that I'm probably retiring Zenji after this.[/sblock]

OOC: Some rather nasty RL things have popped up which will prevent me from posting as frequently as I'd like. I'll still try and post at least once a day, except weekends, when I likely won't be able to post at all.

Oh, and I will be delaying Archeville's action so he'll go after Zenji & Jones.

Inititative Order
21 Archeville
12 Zenji
11 Mr. Jones
?? Statute
?? Minister

HoV said he was going to delay, so Zenji! feel free to post actions "out of order"

"Just glad to have you back, Archie!" Zenji cheers as he dodges to the side. With one hand on his staff, and the other outstretched, he concentrates on the laptop and flings it towards him, catching it at the hinge and closing it in one deft motion.

Mr Jones calls out "Do you ever do anything yourself Minister? Professor Archer does your experiments, this wooden man does your fighting, what do you do?" Before drawing his cloak closer about himself and quickly ducking down behind a nearby chair moving one way and then doubling back to throw doubt on his true location.

[sblock=Actions]
Standard: Taunt The Minister (1d20+12=18)
Move: Hide in Plain Sight Steath - Hiding behind a chair. (1d20+6=23)

[sblock=PS]
Does the Wooden Centurion show up on Jones's detct thought, or is it just a wodden puppet? [/sblock]

After fiddling with the controls for his electromagnetic blaster, Archeville fires a beam of pulsing green energy at the Minister. A few sparks fly from his blaster, an indication that the Super-Scientist was pushing it beyond its' normal function.

Attack roll for Nullify 8 (1d20+8 = 22)
Opposed roll for Nullify 8 (1d20+8 = 15)

Archeville's free hand then flies to the controls of his gravimetric belt and raises his protective force field. "I never left, Zenji, I was trying to talk und reason mit zhe Minister, trying to defuse zhe whole situation non-violently... and option vhich seems no longer available!"

OOC: Hero Point to nix the fatigue from using Extra Effort to stunt a Ranged Nullify 8 (any one effect of a genetic/mutation descriptor) off his Blast 12, trying to nix what Archeville thinks is Minister's Animate Objects power. Not sure it'll work with that low of a roll, though.

[sblock=OOC]I'll miss Zenji, too, he's fun![/sblock]
