Uhm...if "masses of gamers" have difficulty with a specific rule, is that a problem with gamers, or with the design of the rule?

BTW, I suspect most problems with the stacking rules have little to do with the underlying mechanic, but with having too many types. In the middle of a game, I have enough trouble keeping straight the total bonuses people have, much less what type they are, what stacks with what, which bonuses have which durations, etc.

Of course, if I gamed with a laptop, perhaps this wouldn't be a problem, but since I don't... :eek:

That's what happens when the hobby gets sort of populiar, they let anyone play :D
