Runebound board game from FFG?

Does anyone know anything about this Runebound board game? Gaming report makes it sound very similar to Talisman. If thats the case I'm extremely interested in seeing this game.

The mockup I saw at the GAMA Trade Show back in March was actually a card game; they may have changed it since then but that was my understanding of it at the time.

What I saw was basically D&D-with-cards, not so different from Dungeoneer or Hack! or the other D&D-with-cards games that seem to be springing up all over the place. What was a bit different different is that Runebound creates a Dungeon Master vs. Team of Players dynamic. The players work together as a team, and the DM throws out monsters, traps, and other tomfoolery to challenge them.

I'm not totally sold on the idea yet, since what I saw at GTS was pretty rough. But it could end up being very cool indeed.

a card game, huh? I'll reserve my opinion until I see more.

I would really love to see a d20 board game along the lines of Talisman....
