D&D 5E Rynic's Homebrewed Monk Archetype: 'Way of the Sands' aka 'The Time Priest'

Hello Enworld!

I'd like your opinion on my newly made Monk Archetype. I've always wanted to make a class with powers themed around time manipulation.

I would love your opinion on balance, potential time paradoxes, game-breaking, spelling errors and inconsistencies of style.

It's mostly based on the Four Elements Monk: Spells for Ki, a free cantrip-like ability.

I also wouldn't mind links to artwork that would be appropriate to sprucing it up. Like hourglasses, Clocks, etc.
