S1: The Strange Case of Aif Jenkins' Farm (E13 judge) - Concluded

The orc again twists away, realization coming to its eyes as the blindness wears off. He doesn't cooperate. Eusebius grabs him. The orc fails to break his grip, but removing the gauntlett will be very difficult while the orc is struggling and kicking.

"No Beamer, I'll handle it."

Banion will strike the orc repeatedly for nonlethal damage until he stops struggling.

Does this mean Banion will dismount and attack the grappling orc with his mindblade for nonlethal damage?

First he will say the following in each of the languages he used before:

"Stop struggling or we will subdue you by force."

After that, yes, that's exactly what he will do.

Eusebius snarls in frustration and thumps the orc heavily, twice, about the head.

[sblock=OOC]Flurry of unarmed blows to deal subdual damage (no penalty) +5/+5, 1d6+3/1d6+3[/sblock]

(For some reason I thought Brother E was grappling the Orc. If not, he's not flat footed, but Banion probably gets a +2 flanking bonus on his attacks.)
