S2: War in Vastermarch - Completed

ooc: I haven't been including the bless bonus, so if Banion is blessed his upcoming throw will hit AC 30... sort of excessive on a Zombie, I know. :)

It is unclear if Ogrins feint is successful as the orc is simply unable to keep up with the halflings speed and gets skewered on the halflings sharp sword. Ogrin then turns to the next foe climbing aboard, once more attempting a feint.

OOC: Hits AC 19, 9 damage + 7 sneak if he fails to spot the feint from last round (DC15). New feint for next round DC9

OOC2: Banion is attacking a blind, fleeing zombie. My hero :-)

Beamer follows Eusebius directions and moves north toward Juliana so the monk can heal her while still protecting Beamer. He tries to spy out the masked orc Banion mentioned, but he casts frequent glances back over his shoulder to keep an eye on Torvin and Lothar.

OOC:
Move north to Banion's position before his round 4 move.
Ready an action to cast glitterdust on Tharok if he becomes visible, or Torvin/Lothar if they become hostile or try to flee.
If Beamer can only do one of those, he keeps a closer eye on Torvin/Lothar as he doesn't really expect to spot the orc wizard.
Spells remaining prior to this round: 5/2/4

Round 5 (10:35:24)
Ogrin cuts down an orc.
Banion moves foward and hurls his mindblade, carving off the zombie's arm and shoulder. The zombie still stands. (9 dmg)
Beamer does make out the strange humanoid figure hiding in the woods. True, he/it seems to have a face painted half black and half white, but it does not seem alone. There seems to be at least two of these figures. Beamer has an action ready to cast glitterdust on Torvin &/or Lothar if they flee or attack him.
Nodis' constructs continue to slice through the orcs, killing four in a matter of seconds. (C4 couldn't move to D25, though, it's occupied. Instead it just killed the two orcs in front of it.)
The zombies flee from Eusebius. The blind one (Z1) stumbles away and runs into a tree. The other cuts into the brush, leaving the black/white humanoid spellcaster unguarded.

Lothar reloads his crossbow. Torvin spurs his horse towards Beamer. It's unclear to Beamer what his intentions are. (Beamer can cast his spell if he likes, or simply lose his readied action).

Six orcs attack to the South. Even for orcs, the attacks are weak. One flees. Three orcs remain to the North, though they still appear to be blinded.

One commoner, a woman, runs up to Juliana and holds up a potion to her. "Take this!" she shouts.

Juliana grabs the potion and drinks it, "Thank you, now get to safety," She says, as she takes another step back.

OOC: I hate that I can't take a defensive stance as a move action :(

[sblock=OOC] Can Beamer cast his glitterdust at the two face painted figures? If not, then he holds off on casting the spell and hopes Torvin is not going to run him down.

I meant to have Beamer cast glitterdust at the black/white masked enemy and only if Beamer could not see the enemy then ready an action against Torvin. If Beamer has to hold off this round, though, thats ok. I didn't word my post very well.[/sblock]
