"Move to the side, Rasereit. We want to be able to pay back any of ours that are lost. If the pawn steps forward, then we'll send our 'king's protector' after it."
To the pawn in front of him, Beamer says, "If that minotaur attacks you, poise yourself to strike when he steps within range of your hammer. Once he is, give him hell!"
OOC:
I like Rae's idea to step one squre right. If Black advances the queen's pawn, then we can capture it with our king's pawn. This should give us the chance to see a fight between NPCs first while not giving up much in board position.
If anyone wants to be the defensive coordinator, that's be cool with me. For now, if the knight attacks the barbarian, the barbarian should ready to take a 5' step toward the minotaur and attack as soon as the minotaur is within range. If he survives the initial blow, then rage and attack with warhammer and shield, taking 5' steps if necessary to stay in melee.
