hmmmm. my personal preference has always been the Warrior Poet. Like Steelhead from that comic book thingy that I cant remember the name of

Ah, yes, the Warrior Poet. But the thing is, see, I'm a philosopher not a poet (although it seems that I do have some poetry in me... )

Anyways, hows the book coming along?

fine so far. Im jumping between chapters alot when writing, but its good, doesn't get boring when you do that. Last thing I was writing on before leaving home was magical items.

I just write the items down when I get an idea. Sometimes, they arent fitting for the book, in which case I save em anyway. Some are also more fitting for Mortis Arcanum (a book in Realms of Evil that has an open call for spells / items), in which case I send them there instead.

Ah yes, the ROE project, I'm considering contributing to that book myself...I have a few evil spell lying around, and I was considering contributing a golem, how about a Snot Golem?

A taste of things to come:

Necromancy [Ability Drain]
Level: Wiz/Sor 4
Components: V, S, M,
Casting Time: 1 action.
Range: Touch
Target: One person
Duration: Permanent
Saving Throw: Will negates.
Spell Resistance: yes

You must succeed with a melee touch attack. This spell causes the target to permanently lose 1 point of Con/4 levels and 1 point of Str/4 levels (maximum 4 points of Con and 4 points of Str). This loss cannot cause any of the abilities to drop below 1. The lost points can only be regained with the help of restoration, wish or miracle.
This spell has no affect on creatures lacking either Str or Con (Like undead and constructs).
Material component: A mummys eye.

Looks good, just one thing. Shouldn't it be Greater Restoration?

Anyways, 4 Con / Str permanent, 4 th. level spell. Sounds about right to me. Do a little Fluff for it as well, I love Fluff
