I'm probably least comfy with the feat selections, but here she is in all her stormy glory.

Can't wait to get her into play. Please chime in with suggestions or if you see errors. I'm opertating under the assumption that I can replace both Daily/Utility spells when the levels come that allow replacement (this is my DM's probable ruling) but have not chosen which spells to ditch in favor of the higher level ones. I'll make that call later after I see what spells are really useful and which are 'meh.'

I chose spells with the concept of 'storm' in mind. Though that didn't (and couldn't) guide my decisions at every level. Neither focusing on blasting or controlling, a little of both.
