I was able to download the article at work using IE about 5 minutes ago. I received the same error, again using IE, when I tried to download the file at home.

I didn't get a chance to read the adventure yet, but I did notice that there are stats for the behir.

I downloaded it 6 hours ago without problem and just to check I just downloaded it again also without an error (Both times with Firefox).

I know I should be commenting on the actual quality of the adventure but DAMN!.. there is some fine, fine artwork in that there PDF.

Agreed. There's a lot of potential here, but pretty lean on the role-playing. Are they that worried about page count in a digital magazine?

Or is all the role-playing based material coming in the free Scales of War support article coming next Wednesday?

For that matter, I hope such free article is not only free, but also rolled up in the magazine end of the month compilation. I'd like to see all the articles centralized in one of the two magazines and not floating out somewhere separately.

All the Scales of War adventures have been light on the flavor and roleplay material, and it really makes the adventure path feel lifeless (When it doesn't manage to cover that up with an awesome setpiece like Umbraforge). Even though Shackled City was basically a series of linked dungeon crawls, it had at least enough color to its NPCs and to Cauldron itself that it kept it interesting. Reading Scales of War, I find it hard to really care about what's happening in the adventure path.

I wish more of Scales was like Sea Reavers of the Shrouded Crags.

Juvenile eh? Sounds like there's several age categories. I think we'll be seeing that monster in a book soon.

I think that WotC is slipping test monsters into Dungeon adventures. I went back to look at the "Siege of Bordin's Watch", there was an NPC warlock who had the pact powers from the Darkness Warlock Pact found in the Forgotten Realms Player's Guide.
