[Scarred Lands] The Revised Creature Collection?

I recently bought the Scarred Lands Campaign Setting: Ghelspad and Mithril: City of the Golem. Well after reading through both of them I really wanted to buy the Creature Collection to go with it, but there's were I have a problem. How can one distinguish the Revised creature collection from the old one?
And does anyone know if it's available here in The Netherlands?

Oh and a small side question for Nightfall or other Scarred Lands sages, is there a reason there are no gnomes present in Scarred Lands? It's probably silly but as a player I always enjoyed playing a gnome... (no not the irritating Dragonlance type).

Observe pages 40 and 47, both show somewhat blurry pics of the revised Creature Collection's cover. It's going to be a deep grey, where the old one was white, making it easily distinguishable. And unless I miss my guess, that word in the middle, on top of the symbol there, says "Revised".

I have no idea if or when it will be available in The Netherlands.

The Scarred Lands doesn't have gnomes? I never saw anything about halflings there either but I assumed they were there too.

Well halflings are there as a deeply repressed group. They've got an interesting background in the Scarred Lands that's for sure. But in the book which comes with the Dungeons Master Screen not a word in said about Gnomes. The rest of the races and some versions thereoff are given but no gnomes.

There are no gnomes on the continent of Ghelspad. However there are gnomes in Termana and are covered in that books gazatter allong with gnolls and teralli.

I think the revised book is now scheduled to be released in June or July, but I may be wrong.

I have no idea what happened to CC Revised. I do understand from two sources that's it is been delayed for some reason. I don't know if that means they are holding off or just trying to find room in the catalog. But I don't believe Earth is right in say June or July. Doesn't mean he ISN'T right. Just that I don't think he is. He may very well be right. However, Alzirus is right. The book looks like it will have the word Revised very clearly printed on the cover and the cover itself will be gray.

On the question of gnomes and halflings: (thanks Jeff but figures I'd better speak slowly here. No offense. )

Jeff Tabrum is right, there are no gnomes on the continent of Ghelspad. (Where things such as Slitheren and places like Hollowfaust are) However there are jungle gnomes, in a very small clannish structure living in the jungles of Termana. They are not often seen and often used by many humans and others in the jungle for what ever reasons. Thus they are fairly isolated.

Halflings, in the mean time, while they are an oppressed people are probably almost as numerous as humans. They are mainly found in the southern half of Ghelspad, ranging from the borders of Calastia to the far reaches of Fangsfall and Hollowfaust (though most don't go that far. )

Real easy way to tell the difference between the original CC and CCR.

The original CC is available. CCR isn't yet.

Once it's out, I'm sure it'll be easily distinguished. Even if the covers are similar (I don't know, I haven't seen cover art yet), the interiors are quite different--the Introduction has changed, and the new one contains several new appendices.

Once it's actually released, if there's still any confusion, I'll be happy to tell people what to look for inside.

And yes, gnomes exist in the Scarred Lands. Just not on the continent of Ghelspad which, to date, has received most of the attention.

If I knew pants I would tell you. I do believe however Joe heard me scream about that more than once. (The Albadian Wardog especially) So I'm sure that go a second look.
