I don't use paypal either, but Pirate Cat was kind enough to accept a check from me for community supporter and then use his pay pal to get the money to Morrus. So, maybe we need to get PC in on this as well.

I'll see if I can't sneakily figure out how much it costs. I think I can do it without letting any ideas slip. No promises, though.

It's also possible that he's already getting his trip to GenCon paid for this next year.

That would be awesome, PCat.

And if he is getting it covered by a publisher, then we can use the money to pay for his hotel / accomodations / food / etc...

and it THAT is all covered, we just take the cash and shower him in american dollars when he arrives.

Count me in. All I have gotten out if this site is enjoyment and ideas. That alone is worth a few bucks to help get Morrus to GenCon.

If it REALLY doesn't come close to covering the ticket, I'll PERSONALLY go knocking on the doors of the other small d20 publishers and have my friend Guido convince them that they REALLY should be pitching in at least as much as I am.

I just did a random search in www.expedia.com. Leaving from Heathrow (London) on June 15th, Arriving in New York (LaGuardia) and returning on June 29th. The cheapest flight is US Airways with a layover in Charlotte, and it's $622.

Morrus is single right? That's the cost of 1 ticket.

Screw the hotel, let him stay with everyone across country like Jester was trying to do.

As co-owner of Nat20, I should be able to find out how much air fare would be without raising any of his suspicion.

I also will see if I can weasle some information out of him about the characters in his games, so maybe we can get an artist to illustrate them.
