I'm not a publisher, but I'll chip in with this idea. I can recommend a good hotel in Indy if you give me a bit to remember where I stayed there the last time I went on business. It was an Embassy Suites hotel, I think, and was right downtown. (Circle Center would be the location, I think.)

I am going to (sigh... break my vow to boycott paypal) set up a paypal account for the sole purpose of sending money to Morrus.
I will also set up a system where people can mail checques and money orders and so on.
To keep the system honest, I will also create an ezboard. Each person can post to the EZboard when they have sent a payment, and I will post back when it has been received.
The downside is of course that paypal will take a cut when each person places money INTO the paypal account, and again when I transfer the money out to Morrus.
This is, of course, assuming everyone trusts me enough.
If any of the MODERATORS here would like to do this instead of me, I'd LOVE to not have to deal with the business end of this job. But since I've been wanting to do this for quite a while, I'm willing to take the time to make this happen.
I think that we all (ESPECIALLY the publishers) owe Morrus a major debt of gratitude.

I also like the postcard idea. I think that everyone who can should send a postcard to whoever organizes all of this so that they can be presented to Morrus at Gencon. Each Postcard should be of a local Landmark so that Morrus can see a bit of where everyone lives.
