Hello, my ideal time to start is in my late morning (now it's 19:50 for me), so I can read the ingredients during my lunch break, start the thinking process and then write up things in the evening.
However, I'm quite flexible (at least, my waistline is) and I can adapt to other times. Just, please, save my evening/night, let's say from 18 or 19 until late night, as it is the only time I can write.
I don't need great notices the evening before.
