There are so many good possibilities that I thought I'd start at the beginning, but those are good too :)
QFT!

When I saw the thread title, "Sparks" were the first thing on my mind :p
And since we're linking GG, here's a short story :)

But really, the idea of a Science! Power Source taps into the old Mage: Ascencion game, specially the Sorcerer's Crusade: the birth of science, by the Renaiscence period, with witch-doctors alchemists, DaVinci-like inventors, flying ship pilots, clockwork golems... love it!

Hmmm, maybe they should toss most of the vision-altering powers into the "Science" power source, which would inevitably result in the following exchange:

Ogre brute: "GAH! She blinded me!"
Gnome Technomancer: "With SCIENCE!"

(le sigh, and I though I'd scanned to see if this joke had already been done, too....)

The Unknown Armies/d20 adventure The Ascension of the Magdalene is a really cool example of how D&D can work with SCIENCE! Also, it has a conversion guide between D&D and Unknown Armies, which is absolutely mind-boggling.

Torg

The Torg roleplaying game (by West End Games, I believe) actually had a skill called "Science!". It was for mad scientists for the 1940s pulp reality to create their radium pistols with.
