on a case-by-case basis, yes. :) i'd be more likely to give him a deflection bonus than an insight, but neither are guaranteed.

Epic Poison Crafter [Epic]
The character knows secrets of poison crafting best left forgotten by mortals.
Prerequisites: Alchemy 30 ranks or Craft (poisonmaking) 30 ranks.
Benefit: The character can craft the epic poisons described in the Epic Insights - Book of Vile Darkness article. In addition, the character gains a +10 bonus to skill checks made to craft poisons.
Normal: Without this feat, a character cannot craft the epic poisons described in this article.
Special: This feat should be added to the epic bonus feat list of the assassin class.

Also, I think I mispelled the special material from complete warrior, it should be "thinaun"

Full Attack: 4 claws +49 melee (X+5) and bite +47 melee (X+2 plus poison)
or weapon +Z/+Z-5/+Z-10/+Z-15 and 3 claws +? and bite +?
Special Qualities: damage reduction 15/epic, lawful and good, darkvision 60 ft, hide in plain sight, improved uncanny dodge, immunity to poison, quiescence, shapechange, spell resistance 40, swift tracker
Special attacks: Sneak attack 18d6
Skills: (ranks only)(Balance +38, Bluff +39, Climb +39, Craft(poisonmaking)+39, Decipher Script +10, Diplomacy +19, Disable Device +39, Disguise +39, Escape Artist +39, Forgery +10, Gather Information +39, Hide +39, Intimidate +39, Jump +39, Listen +39, Move Silently +39, Open Lock +39, Search +39, Sense Motive +19, Sleight of Hand +10, Spot +39, Swim +10, Tumble +39, Use Magic Device +39, Use Rope +10

epic, lawful, and good might be a bit much for the DR. i think maybe two of those should be good enough, or maybe one alignment and one material type.

i'm going to add the dagger as a weapon on the attack lines. should we make it a +5 dagger or what?

sneak attack 18d6 - on what are you basing that?

You are right, it is too much. Now, since it is the "spawn" of god, the aligment-based DR is the most important for the flavor, so maybe DR 15/lawful and good?

I'll say +6, so it is Epic; since the dagger is going to be "dread" against most opponents, that is going to be more than enough.
