Scout Skirmish ability and AoO?

A level of Barbarian and the Snow Tiger Berserker feat from Unapproachable East would allow you to make a full attack at the end of a charge as long as you wield light weapon(s). Two weapon fighting with such a build would work well, I think.

Uh... Full Round Action is a specific action type.

From the SRD: "There are four types of actions: standard actions, move actions, full-round actions, and free actions."

I think part of the confusion here is that people get the rules confused with the metarules.

There are four action types (plus a few more, in fact: swift and immediate actions; and, in a way, not-an-action).

There are countless actions.

A charge action (action's name) is a full-round action (action type).

"Attack action" is a specific action, not an action type. The type of action an attack action is is a standard action. (I'm sure this hard-to-parse sentence will help confused readers.)
