And the 10th level ability of the PrC Fleetrunner of Ehlonna... Loin's Pounce, allows a full atack at the end of any charge.

I remember when I first learned Loin's Pounce....quite a weekend that was.

On topic, I like the idea of a mounted horse archer using the scout class - sort of a Mongolian feel. I played something similar once with ranger and barbarian levels, but scout is probably a better fit.

Tumble DC 40...

How to get the highest-possible Tumble score for a straight scout?

Let see... Strongheart Halfling (20 Dex, one racial bonus feat)
For each level (r=rank, d=Dex bonus, f=misc. feat bonus, s=synergy bonus):

1. 14 = 4r+5d+5f [Skill Focus (Tumble), Acrobatics]
2. 17 = 5r+5d+5f+2s [Skill synergy from 5 ranks in Jump]
3. 18 = 6r+5d+5f+2s
4. 19 = 7r+5d+5f+2s [Dex increase to 21]
5. 21 = 8r+6d+5f+2s [gloves of dexterity +2]
6. 22 = 9r+6d+5f+2s
7. 23 = 10r+6d+5f+2s
8. 35 = 11r+7d+5f+2s+10c [Dex increase to 22+2e, psychoactive skin of nimbleness]

With the Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack feats, and one level in a spellcasting class (that casts spells since first level), our scout can take the first level in the OA class, Blade Dancer, at level 12 or later. Then he gets a +10 bonus on Tumble checks. But he's lost two Scout levels in the deal. (And I'm not sure exactly what type of bonus it is, if it's competence bonus, then with the psychoactive skin doing the same work, it's redundant.)
