I will voluntarily dive down 10 ft. and then fly towards the others fighting the hags, making a double move and using my extra partial action.

Ending Round 3:
Nameless swoops down and reaches the lead hag (double move)
The specters now begin to surround Sei Ryu, the brood dragon hitting a different one of them (2 rolled, concealment roll passed, 39 damage), 8 of them seem to be in position to hit him (leaving all spots closed except for from above), with 7 more circling him, albeit a little farther, as well. Without remorse (hey, they're jaded spirits...), they attack! But none hit, as the dragon-warrior cautiously defends against all of them at once (Rolled: 6, 14, 13, 10, 17, 7, 2, and 10, respectively).

Jack's Shadow dives down, above Sei Ryu, and unleashes a fury of touches... (19, 8, and 5 rolled, all hit, 16 strength damage, 108 real damage), although the dragon warrior doesn't know where exactly the attacker is, but things are looking grim as he visibly looks much more frail, and almost fading into a shadow...
Sei-Ryu drops down through a specter, feeling a deathly chill as he does so, he then moves away towards the rest of the main group.

Noticed another thing: I forgot to list invisibility at the bottom of my posts as affecting me. Does that change things?
If I'm in the cage, I'm using my breath weapon, aiming so I won't hit whatever is on the altar (+3 Will save bonus, I can make DC 19, right? )
If not, moving into position to bite and snatch Agatha.

Agatha touches Nameless nonchalantly, and he feels the life energy being drained out of him, although he resists it.
(Rolled an 8 for the touch attack, Nameless rolled an 11 for a total of 37 vs. DC 30 on the Vampiric touch, lost 17 hitpoints, Agatha regained the amount)
She then moves backwards up to the altar, the maw of Nameless snapping at her as she does so, but fails to get through some invisible force (3 rolled), and gestures as a bolt of negative energy strikes the shapechanger's form, and robs him of much of his strength. (Empowered Energy Drain, 12 rolled for attack, Nameless receives 7 negative levels)
Hyanda makes sure he's out of sight, reactivates his haste effect and heals himself (regaining 96 hitpoints).
Synthis points her finger at Nameless, chanting a death spell as he resists the first one, and his form's spell resistance defeats the other. (14 rolled vs. SR for the first finger of death, Nameless rolls an 18 against her Quickened Finger of Death, taking 30 damage, then her second Finger of Death fails to penetrate his SR as she rolls a 2)
Domaskis glows with light as he surrounds himself with a sacred shield, and then further illuminates himself along his allies within range. (don't have my PHB with me, but assume that everyone within range has Holy Aura)
Aedon flies to the cave's mouth to protect Hyanda and the babe.
M'jekk surrounds Nameless within a Barred Force Cage. (Er, tell me if you're too big to fit in one, since that changes things)

Dm's Decision/OOC-Slap on the Half-Celestial template on Aedon for free (no wings) and a +1 bonus (unnamed) to 3 different scores (his chocie), without increasing his ECL, effective now and further on into the game (remember, ressurection is changed to heal 1x/day). Any complaints should be emailed to me or brought up in chat (although I don't see why anyone would complain).
