In all honesty, doubtful... but I since you’re going to be hard pressed to hurt it without someway somehow damaging federal property I think they’ll get you on that.

Actually, yes, but not for that reason. Ducks and other migratory waterfowl are federally protected. To hunt them you must get a federal stamp.
