Well, they said that they will be issuing refunds in the press release but, again, I'm skeptical. If a company is in such dire straits that their entire release schedule stalls for a full year and updates to their main website and shopping cart stall for nearly that same amount of time, then I don't have much faith that they will be able to keep track of all purchasers who placed a Septimus preorder over the last 11 months.
