D&D 3E/3.5 Severe DM VS Crybaby (D&D 3.5)

I wanna know if my DM is being too severe on me or if I am just a crybaby.
We recently started a campaign at lvl 1 and since I wanted to play a succubus, my DM removed ethereal jaunt, summon tanar'ri and greater teleport from my character because he thought it would be way too disruptive; since succubus are lvl adjustment +6 (My DM showed reluctant to lower it since he still "considered it balanced" even though he removed several of my strongest spell-like abilities) I decided I would "delay" my Spell-Like Abilities making a refuge on my background story, so it turns out my char was kidnapped and used as a platform of sellable spell-like abilities for a high lvl wiz. long story short she managed to escape and join a party... that's when our campaign started.

We just finished the loooooongest dungeon I ever played and the things I kept since lvl 1 was my dimension door, charm person (because charm monster was deemed un-apt by DM), suggestion, detect good, detect thoughts, polymorph, telepathy to 14ft/lvl up to 100ft. Tongues was lessened to 1 new language/lvl.

Some of the things that makes me think my DM is kind of uncomfortable with my char are:
-In a 5ft narrow hallway with golem doors every other square. there's a door in the end (not theatened by the golems) so I used dimension door to get to the very last square. my mates were NOT being attacked unles they were in FRONT of the golems but I still got my wings ripped off by the golems and when I got them re-atached turns out I cant fly for 3 months.
-I got grabbed by a huge rock-made hand (some crazy druid's spell (dungeon boss)) and when I used dimension door to get to a different place DM deemed my legs were left in the hand and I only had head, torso, hands and useless wings.
-I also have to roll %d every time I'm using Dimension Door to get to a kinda far location even though the spell states I just have to visualize it if I have already been there and is within range.

By the time we finished the dungeon we were 4th lvl btw (it was that long).

So the deal is... do you think I'm just over-reacting or is it in fact that my DM is being way too severe or somewhat unfair with my char? Do you think I should let him know? (It's not about puting him down or anything) and if so... how could i do that without making him feel uneasy of without looking like an idiot/crybaby?

Sorry for the longass post but I guess it was needed. and thanks for any help provided I've been kind of uncomfortable with this issue so far.

Drop the succy idea. They are not that powerful compared to what you could get with "normal" character. If you are going for the looks and feel of devilish/demonic lady, try playing female Hellbred spirit aspect (Fiendish Codex 2) sorcerer. You will get almost all succy SLA's, only as spells, and you will have devil looks (more likely Erinyes, than Succubus, but Erinyes are cooler than succies anyway IMO). Eventually, spirit aspect will grant you even telepathy (along with darkvision 120, see in all kinds of darkness, +2 CHA, -2 CON, you will be able to use evil weapons/spells/gear even if you are good). You can also get Draconic template (LA 1) for negating CON loss, further upgrading your CHA by 2, and gaining dragonblood subtype. Dragoblood will open up nice feats that suit sorcerers well, as well as draconic wings (feat) which DO look a bit devilish/demonic, bat-like as they are.
To reiterate, you will get demonic/devilish looking gal with wings (which improve as you gain levels or if you invest some feats), with nice caster oriented feats, who can get all succubus SLA's as spells, good bonus to CHA, and, best of all totally legit and only LA 1. Sure, her powers will only develop over time, instead of just be there for your use, but, IMHO, that is more than half of fun of D&D - developing your character and watching it grow in power.

That is still a LOT of SLA's to have from level 1! I'd suspect the other players were still jealous and may have wanted to accuse the DM of favoritism.

I don't want to call you a crybaby, I will ask however... "How many other 3E D&D characters you've played from level one? Notably how many of the PHB races?"

wow, your DM let you play a +6 LA in a lv 1 campaign...

your absoleutely over reacting, BTW kiss your DM cause he really loves you.

I'm sure those are way too many SLA for a Lv1 char but my DM thought it was "Okish" since I get pretty much nothing else until I Max out succubus.

Thanks, we looked at it already but my DM didnt like the fact that it boosts too many abilities too much, it was then I came out with the background SLA-theft idea

That is a very nice DM who said yes to your ridiculous character selection for a campaign starting at first level.

LOL, I get ya

I see what you're saying but keep in mind he removed some of my strongest SLA (Ethereal Jaunt(LV 8 I think) & GREATER teleport(Lv 9 I think))

Anyhow... I'll stick to this for a couple Lvls, hope my DM runs easier on me as we all lvl up and catch up, thanks guys, I kinda just nedded someone to tell me those kind of things "do you effing realize your DM is letting you play a +6 along with regular characters?"

Yes, I do. but as a house rule all +ability and ability drain/damage goes right to the modifier (DM likes that kind of extreme results and that includes the death effect of a character reaching 0 in it's constitution MODIFIER.
